I want to get my Citizen Watch serviced. How does this work?

This process can be somewhat confusing, we are here to make it all clear.
Visit our home page and click on the green button "Request A Shipping Label" fill out the form and you will receive a free US Mail label to use to send in your watch.
Once we receive the watch(es) we will email you confirming receipt
7-12 business days later you will receive another email which will be a binding evaluation and estimate for repair. We will not do any work until you approve the repairs
From the time you give your approval the time frame varies from what to watch and what we have to do and parts availability. If we have all the parts in house and the repairs are of a simpler nature then it can take about 4-5 weeks.
However if the repair is complex, and or we need to order parts, and or parts are on back order then it can take around twelve weeks.
Once your watch ships out you will receive an email from us with tracking info
