All of our work is warrantied by us for one full year, parts and workmanship. If you experience any issues that are connected to the work we did, the problem will be corrected free of charge to you. Shipping is of course free as always.
Many of the watches we service are quite complicated. The vast majority pass all of our quality testing, ship out to you and provide years of enjoyable use without issues. A small percent are serviced, pass our quality control and fail soon after our customers receive their timepiece back. This typically indicates an issue that was not apparent to us while it was here. Send the watch back in to us and we will address the issue at no cost to you, provided it is related to the work that we did.
Our goal is the same as yours: to get your watch back on your wrist for you to enjoy as quickly as possible. To this end our watch repair staff is made up of top-tier watchmakers who each have decades of watch repair experience. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and seek to please each and every customer.
